Step 5: Introduction of the Dutch guidance team

As a customer, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager from our Dutch team. This will be your central point of contact, so that you always know who to contact for questions, updates or guidance you need during the project.

Step 6: Kick-off meeting

We launch the project with a kick-off meeting, bringing together all parties involved to ensure a flying start.

Step 7: Onboarding of Nearshore employees

We ensure that our nearshore team integrates seamlessly with your project, by giving them access to all necessary tools and information.

Step 8: Regular progress meetings
